Social Media Intern

The US Bilateral African Chamber of Commerce currently seeks a Social Media Intern to produce content on Africa Business to post on social media outlets.

The Social Media intern will create promotional campaigns, write newsletter articles to support the promotion and the expansion of the Chamber, as well as efficiently manage scheduling of marketing initiatives and events from conception to delivery including creative, proof and draft deliverables and deadlines. Coordinate in conjunction with the Executive Director the execution of various events

Membership Coordinator (Intern)

The US Bilateral African Chamber of Commerce seeks a Membership Coordinator Intern to communicate with members, non-members and others in a sales and relationship building role.

Initiatives could include soliciting for the following: new memberships, membership renewals. Establish and maintain strong relationships with members, non-members and others.

Establish relationships with potential donors and participate in fundraising as assigned. Works successfully with limited supervision, independently and within a team.

The Membership Coordinator reports to the Executive Director, and works closely with the President and other staff members as well as other interns and volunteers. The ability to work collaboratively and creatively within a small group of individuals is vital to this position.
